Since Novemer hits, there can be some cold nights in Key West. Well, some years this is the case and this year it's cold. The overnight temperature one night just before Thanksgiving was in the 50s. Yup, that means the shallow water on the south side of Key West is COLD. But with my wonderful new 5mm Oceanos wetsuit I didn't even feel it. We can go lobstering all season, in fact. Some good coral heads in shallow water around Key West, so even in rough weather we have a destination and a way to get out on the water. My new under water camera setup is sweet, take a look at the pictures I got.
